Is rollerblading really an interesting enough sport to make a story out of? Apparently, manga creator Oh Great! thinks so, as his manga of Air Gear has been going on for at least thirteen volumes or so with more to come. "Air Gear."
This is a well drawn show. I know your most likely wondering how can they make an anime about skating exciting. I'll tell you how, by making it somewhat magical and completely unrealistic. Though the story is lacking in keeping your attention it still has some amazing shots and if you haven't read my reviews before, It has some completely hot chicks in it. This anime is good past-time entertainment.
An overview- Itsuki "Ikki" Minami is a high school delinquent. He resides with a few other girls in a home-like setting. The girls are the Noyamano sisters, who are his care-takers and have almost adopted him. They are actually the Sleeping Forest AT group.
AT stands for AirTrek. Air Trek are roller blades that have a super-powered motor in them....

"One of The best."
I found Air Gear while overseas in Japan, and I have become hopelessly addicted to it. The series follows a linear plotline, of the rise of an intensely talented, though clumsy at the same time, hero. "Don't give up"
The story centers around Ikki, a horny middle school aged twerp. In true Disney fashion, his parents are dead and he lives in the suburbs with the Noyamano sisters.
